1) Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

2) Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


3) Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please contact us before returning any items. We will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions.


4) Return Conditions

Returned goods should be in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


5) Return Shipping

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Where return shipping costs must be paid in advance due to local carrier requirements, reasonable costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of valid proof.


6) Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval of the return.

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may apply.


7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will offer an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund, at no additional cost.


8) Legal Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain contracts as defined by law, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Digital content once delivery has begun with your prior consent


9) Dropshipping Notice

Richery operates as a dropshipping-based store. Orders are fulfilled by our international partners.

We remain your contractual partner and are responsible for handling all returns and refunds.

Return addresses may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Please do not return goods without prior authorization.


10) Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, the standard withdrawal procedure applies.


11) Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless caused by carrier error.


12) Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
